HI i am from Italy and i have been doing job part time since 01/07/2013 just (2 Hours) with JSA Benefit and i obtained registration certificate in 2014 and i got increased in number of hours (16 Hours) in January 2015 till July 2017 and now starting doing job part time (2hours) and with JSA Benefit and study english part time ,, my question is can i apply permanent residence in july 2018 ???

from 2013 and till now my work is continuously but i am worried about JSA WITH PART TIME and DOING JOB few hours ?

With the current rules, I don't think you have any chance.
