EEA Visa Process Time

hello guys
I applied for EEA family permit Visa in (Erbil- Iraq) on 04/03/2017 and my application arrived aftter 3 days for Amman
my wife has Netherlands Passport
But until now near 125 days! the don't any answer me! 7/5/2017.
i sent email for Amman embassy but don't answer me.
please tell me what can i do?
