well am Hungarian National and my husband Is from Pakistan we are married couples and on 19 july it will be our 5 Ani, we both are full time working for 5 years, am planning to apply for PR, we have everything all the paper works job, payslips, contract, bills etc.

my 5 years of Exercising Trety Rights already completed last month which mean I can apply any time now but our marriage 5 years wil complete 19 July 2017.

Questions:
what is the early date for submit application now or after 19/07/2017.
is their any Window Premium Services etc so we can go and pay and get application done on day
what documents do I need to send I know abut bills etc but can I send pictures as I visited and travelled wid my huby in Pakistan and around EU.

and most important can I apply by my self or do I realy need a lawyer what are the ods to getting appli done by self.

Your partner can only apply once 5 years marriage is reached, no sooner.

There is no premium same day service for PR under the EEA/EU route. It is postal only.

Complete the form and send the documents with the form. That is all you need to do.

thanks for ur reply we r waiting for 19july will post 20 july, can u plz tell me do I need to send every week payslip for last 5 years or one is enough for every month, and can we send tickets or visa copies we travelled around r those important? r just pay slips, council tax, bills r enough.

Your 5 years worth of Payslips, P60's, bank statements, council tax, tenancy agreement, marriage cert, etc.

thanks I read alot, but cant find some information I need, well am posting today my application just last question i made mistake on online fourm can I correct it with pen bcoz I cant edit that form again i applied online, second plz tell me do I realy need to add covering letter, and do I need to send copies or they will do copies of original doc.

is it possible that EEA National with non EEA husband can apply online?

salam bro, yes u can apply together ur wife must be 1st applicant and can put u in application as a family member, my wife did the same, I completed all the doc, and now typing cover letter hope will post tomorrow my application.

on the same website you will find links to download and apply on paper application form as well

any issues put it here and we will pick it up.
