Permanent residence - qualifying period enquiry

Hi there. I hope someone there can advise me on my circumstances. I have a question in regards to my permanent residence application which I am considering submitting now, I am a Polish citizen. I have come to the UK in July 2012 to do an unpaid internship which was a final part of my university degree. I have a contract that I signed with that company, it was completely unpaid, they only paid my expenses. I finished my internship and found a full time job in November 2012 and ever since then worked and paid taxes in the UK. I am aware that I required a CSI (insurance) for the period of those 5 months of my internship for them to be counted as a qualified period towards my 5 years of life here. I have a proof that I was insured in Poland at that time. In fact it is obligatory to be insured by one of the parents as long as the child is studying. Therefore I have a proof that I was insured for those 5 months, my dad registered me in April 2012 and the insurance lasted until September 2013. Would that be a sufficient proof for those 5 months to be accounted as a qualifying period? Or shall I wait until November and only then apply for my permanent residence?
Thank you

From what you've posted any option that you take will be fine and if you intend to use your parent insurance paperwork make sure is clearly stated your name included in the policy, also has to be in English.

Good luck.
