SS questionairre ( Advise needed)

So we were sent a questionairre under Surnder Singh questionaire?
It says Why you applied under ss and not under UK rules?
Can we mention that there is no means for someone like dependent descendent who is above 18 years old to apply under domestic rules.
Do you think the above response can go against us or in favour?
