Hi all
I was married to a European national. Now I have divorced my wife after 5 years of marriage. I applied for permanent residence. I got refusal on the basis that she is not exercising actively her rights in UK.
I m really tensed. Anyone can help me? Anyone got this type of refusal? I have 8 days left for appeal.

Did you not apply to retain your rights of residence?

What is your ex wife doing in the UK?

More importantly, was she exercising treaty rights at the time of the divorce granted?
