Good morning,

My name is Rodrigo, I've applied for a Eea FP in 17th July in Düsseldorf-germany.
After loooong waiting time, my family and me have decided to continue living here in Germany.
After 4 calls, 5 emails to HO, and after 18 days requested the cancellation this process, I dont reveived my passport back yet.

My problem is that my resident permit is expiring in 13 days here in Germany and I need my passport to renew that. I told this information for HO customer services with no success.

Anyone had this problem with Passport withdraw?
I dont know what to do anymore.

In a situation like this, what I would do, is to get a new passport, go to your Embassy, sure in less than 13 days they will issue a new one, declare it lost, get the police report, and get to the embassy.
With the uncertainty of having it back, better do that.
