Hi guys, my husband (non eea) and i (eea) have both applied for residence card on July but still have not heard anything except of an email confirming that the home office have received the application. Does anyone else have applied at the same time?
The timeline is:

We are both very worried because from what we have read on the internet we should had received the biometric letter by now. If any of you know smth more let me know pls.
Regards Marsi

We just checked the post yoday and the application was rejected because a signature was missing on the biometric information. Now we have to send the application back to home office with the missing signature but i am congused if we have to fill a new form cause the one that they sent back to us is stamped with the date and has a barcode on the top. And does anyone know how to we pay the extra £25?i am so confused and I've been searching on the internet but i can't find any information. :|

Print page 13, I think is the one you sign for the biometrics, put it with the application you just received back.
You do not need to fill a new one.
Fill another mandate page for the payment, again £65.
You will received a cheque for £40 that is the 65 minus the 25 they took as incomplete form charge.
That's all, for me was the same, I did forgot to sign that page.

That's great! You just made my day. Does that effect on the timeline? How long took for you to get an answer?
