Hello All,

i plan to send in my PR application in the first week of October but my passport expires on December 18th, getting a new passport could take up 6 months and i do not want to wait that long.

Please can i know if my passport expiring so soon will have a negative impact on my application.

It is better if you apply for passport first. If your RC expires, you can still live. After you have sent your application, you can request your passport back if you need it. New BRP are being issued seperate from your passport.
