Hello all, So HO circulated a letter couple of months back requesting for the PR card to be cut and sent back to them so they can rectify an error and that amended card will be returned within 5 days. I know not to believe in whatever the HO says about duration but have anyone have their amended card returned to them? It has been more than a month that mine was returned but nothing yet.

If anyone have received theirs, how did you go about it? did you contact the HO or anything?

After an exchange of a few emails, they sent my card within 7 working days

Hi all, I got the same letter as well and I have complied with the request. To date I have not received the new replacement card- it is over a month now. I have been sending emails to them with no response. This is so annoying and I want to travel ASAP.

Thanks for the response. I will contact them again. It is just annoying.

Got my updated PR card two days ago after sending multiple emails and reporting multiple times via their website. So the fixture; Instead of permit, they wrote Card. Also written below it is Residence card of family member of a union citizen. Thanks all for your help
