EEA FP to EEA2 FM APPLICATION HELP! EEA and NONEEA Couple

Hello Everybody,
I hope you are all doing great. The last time I was here in immigrationboards, You guys helped me alot during my application in Rome, Italy for a EEAFP. Now, I am already in UK with my Husband (Italian) and now trying to start our next step which is the EEA2 or EEAFM and We both really need help on how to start everything. I tried going on google and other search site but I trust immigrationboards more with details and everything.
So to start,
Both of us are working now which makes my husband a qualified person. I have a EEA FP that will expire on February.
1. What are the requirements we need for application?
2. We have printed out the almost 100 page EEA FM form but since my husband is an EEA, do we just pass one EEAFM form or does he need to apply for a registration certificate EEAQP through online application?
3, If so, Do we have to send it my EEAFM and his EEAQP at the same time?
4. We moved to UK last september, How soon can we apply for the EEAFM/EEAQP?
