EEA UNMARRIED FP QUESTION ON APPLICATION

Hi,

I'm currently applying for the EEA Family permit as an unmarried partner.

The online form is very confusing & one of the questions I must answer is "When did you marry or enter into a civil partnership?"

What should I answer to this as an unmarried partner? I have tried filling in N/A but the system won't accept this answer.

Please help! Thank you

Hi there,

I think you should use EEA (EFM) form because unmarried partners will class as extended family as far as I know.

Please read about it.

GOOD LUCK :)

Hi,

I am filling in the form as an unmarried partner e.g. extended family... But the form used for this is the same as family members so I think there may be a glitch in the system?

Just wondering if anyone has had any issues with this
