its too difficult for EEA QP AND EEA FM applications who are applying this year i never received my biometric letter and now this is 11th week since they took money i dont know should arrived within 8 to 10 weeks
payment taken 24th july
confirmation email 11th august

if you call 03001232253 they have easy way to shut mouth by giving email adress: eurobiometrics@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk and if you send email to them they never give response as well i send email 4 times i call many time i am living in liverpool so i went personally to liverpool home office to ask buaaaahhh if u check online application status always AWAITING FOR DECESION application update 11th august nothing else,,,,
so no biometric letter yet,no COA yet and passed already 2.5 months and standard processing time for this application is 6month? sound crazy but cant do any thing except wait wait and lets see i dont know other people who applied they are ok or not but mine status is like this

Mate I applied on 15/06/17, I received my biometrics after 13 weeks, I was doing same as you emailing them, calling them but no good answer.
But I don't know have you contacted your local MP, they have the power to speak to Home Office and Push them to do it quicker. I contacted my local MP and they helped me from 11 week and in 14 week I got everything with my RC card.

how long total they took total time after they took money till biometric?and after biometric coa and residence card arrived soon .... total how long they took in months?i will call or email them tomorrow mean MP.... CAN YOU SHOW TIME LINE OF YOUR CASE?

Better is to contact them by telephone, email takes longer to get reply back. Call them doesn't matter if the line is busy, they will answer and talk to them, explain them everything, MP Office have consultants who deal with home office matters, he/she will pursue your case with home office. Also look online and find Home Office complain email address, ukba complain email address, email them also and tell them you are going to lose your job and according to Directive law and European law that it's against the law and tell them that you are going to take this matter to court, that will work, exactly what I did.
