She has worked from 2012 to 2015.
And she has started her new job september 2016 till present..
Does she need to be touch with ukba again??

She will need to apply to UKVI by March 2021 to obtain formal residence permission, unless the UK stays in the EEA. Whether she gets settled status is unclear, as she would not have obtained permanent residence by then. The published details said 5 years residence would be enough, but now there is talk of 5 years lawful residence, and she may have reset her PR clock by not working in the first part of 2016.

It will derive from the EEA sponsor, as now. How much it will be better than "indefinite leave to remain", if at all, is unclear.
