PR processing time

Really worried as made application for PR non eea family member done on March 31st. Paper application. Received by UKVI on 1st April. COA with right to work on 9th July.
6 months processing time expired on 1st October. No news from UKVI.
Has anyone experienced this and any advice on what to do.
