Hello guys
I applied for rc 2months ago as i'm married to eu citizen . I got my biometric and coa with work . Last month I changed my address . So I moved with my wife to new house . So I told my lawyer and he sent the new address to the ho . My question now is
Shall I send new proof of address for me and for my wife to the ho or I just keep it like this .
Cuz I have friend here he left for me his flat for 3 months and its housing benefit . Can that be problem to refuse my application ? Pls help me guys

Well, Housing Benefit wouldnt be problem for you but surely for him, if someone complaint against you, if youre not registered youre address and living as a friends for short time then it would be OK, as long as ur solicitor pass information about youre change of address to HO, you dont need to do anything else
