Hi there,

A friend (EU national) has an urgent question. His wife (a non EU national) just received an approval for her UK EEA FM card based on the marriage. They also got a note from DX couriers saying that they missed a delivery today.

Here is the question: Can the husband sign for the letter with the actual biometric card (the wife is at work and can’t be home to take the delivery)?

Or would the wife need to take a day off just to sign for her biometric card?

There are no need to say off anybody who open the door they will hand over and also the person who received need to sign that's all
