Hi,

Can someone please advise to which bank it's easier to open a bank account? If I do not have a UK driving licence or a utility bill under my name, with what else can I go to the bank to show my proof of address?

Many thanks in advance :)

You can take your passport as a proof of identity and
Any government letter on your name as a proof of address.best is to take your payslips

For my husband we used his Indian passport (with valid UK visa) and his national Insurance letter as proof of address. I also brought the tenancy agreement with his name on it but they didn't even need it.
We opened the account at Santander and it was very smooth.
