I am Pakistani national. I came UK in 2010 on Tier 4 Visa. I was married to a EEA national in June 2013 which was refused on the basis of insufficient funds. we appealed against it which was allowed and i received 5 Year family permit visa. which was issued on 15th October 2014.
Now My question is that when can i apply for ILR?
Does My residency period starts from the Day we got married? or
is it starts from issuing date of EEA family permit.

I will really appreciate for your advice.

regards.

Starts from date of marriage. You don't apply for ILR, you must apply for PR assuming you qualify and your spouse was exercising treaty rights for the whole 5 years.
