Hi,
My friend is applying for PR next week. He was qualified person for 5 years as Employed. Only one thing is he was on Income-based jobseeker’s allowance from Jan 2013 to Sep 2013.
Will this effect the Application in any way.

Back in 2013 you can be a job seeker for upto 6 months if you have a genuine chance of being engaged. In your friends case, he was a job seeker for 9 months so It my be risky if your counting this period. Why doesnt your friend play it safe and hold on for a bit longer so that he will be within 6 months
