hey every one, 1st thanks to every one who helped me

I have question I applied for PR after for both my husband and for me, our application was decided on 15 Oct my husband is none EEA and since then he had received BIO Letter, COA letter etc, I am eea family member and received nothing today we got our documents bank confirming my Hubby PR included his passport with documents but mine is missing no letter for me no passport what's I start getting worried what's happening, they said in letter I av to wait for next 10 days for PR card do I av to wait or call them to see if they lost my passport.

please answer asap I applied 3 months ago for PR with my none EEA hubby, application was accepted and they took payment for both applicants, then they send my husband for bio letter which he submitted same day, then he got his COA letter for work, now almost 3 months our documents came back with all his documents with his PR card, am eea national and my passport, p60 and some other doucments are missing and I didn't received anything from them since one day, no PR no letter nothing, I realy dnt know whats happening I try to call them but they dnt give me any information, is there any other phone number or email where I can send the message am realy upset, my husband applied on my behalf 5 year of marriage and he got every thing but as EU national I didn't received anything, whats is happening any one plz help

Write a letter to that address from where you received a pr confirmation letter and explain everything and ask them about your passport
It looks a possibility of error
