Dear forum members,
What is your opinion on the following: if the family member’s application for PR is submitted and the decision is pending and the EEA sponsor naturalises in the meantime, is it considered a change of circumstances? Does this update needs to be sent to the HO, according to the declaration at the end of EEA form?
Many thanks!

It's always better to wait for the PR for the non EEA family member before applying for British Passport for the EEA citizen.

Applying for a British passport isn't the issue here. It's whether the EEA sponsor has been granted British citizenship
before the non-EEA dependent has obtained PR.

This will change if the court decides in favor of Lounes. So wait 2 more weeks!

Thank You for your replies.
Let's assume EEA sponsor has received his British passport. Can you please explain how the EEA sponsor new status might affect the family member's
right of permanent residence Regulation 15.1.b which he had earned before EEA sponsor obtained his citizenship?
