Spouse of those who are holding 5 years EU resident cards

Hi, everybody,
I am helping one of my friends to get some advice from the Board.
He is British citizen went to Ireland to work in 2015. He brought his wife and two daughters to Ireland to live under the Directive. All his family has got 5 year EU resident cards issued by Irish authority.
One of his daughters got married and have two kids in China before joined his father in Ireland. She is 20 years old now.
His daughter wants to bring her husband and two kids to Ireland living together.
The question is:
What type of visa applies to her husband and her two children?
