Incorrect date of birth on brp enrolment letter

Hello all,
I was sent my brp enrolment letter on the 2nd of September 2017 and it came with a wrong date of birth. I have been writing since September 5, 2017 I have written via emails and post but I have not received a letter with my correct DOB.I was sent another letter that I have refused to enrol for my brp and as such my application will be declined. I have written eurobiometrics,appointment exceptions and complaints department. I’m so confused I don’t know what to do anymore it’s three months already still no brp enrolment letter

Sorry to learn of the inconvenience you are experiencing. It is just a shame that they can treat people this way and get away with it. They will probably decline your application at this rate which means that you have to reapply. Its just unfortunate. If this is the case and I pray it is not, make sure you inform them of this error and probably ask if they can expedite your application because of the 3 months delay you experienced from their error. (No harm in asking)

I tried calling the helplines severally but they kept telling me to send emails. I tried faxing them st some point but the number I got online was incorrect. It’s really frustrating.
