I am british citzen lives and work full time in Germany since may 2016 and married with non eu wife we are living together since september 2016 in germany and we have new baby born in germany my baby and I british citizen we would like to go back to the uk next year as my wife got German RC.

I am wondering

1- dose she have to apply for EEA fp?
2- or we can travel with out Visa
3- or dose she can apply for uk RC from out side the uk?

we have

1-so many pay slip
2-my wife did work until new baby has born
3-join banks account
4-so many photos
5-marriage certificate
6- previous travel tiket to other eu country
7-doctors prescription
8-work contract
9-gym contracts and termination papers
10-mobaile phone contract
11-i can show £5000 in uk saving account

i have job in germany no problem and nice in germany but still i feel like i have lost some things we would like to go back to the uk.

dose she qualify as surinder singh?

2-do i have to answer all the questions?

3- how early can apply for visa?

marriage certificate
joined bank account
my husband payslip for over 15 month
my payslip for 3 month
baby born in germany hospital
both fitness club contract
work contract
doctors prescriptions
more letters from different sources.
travel tickets do other EU for both
so many photos


we are appreciate your advice
