requirements for suffice balance on my bank account in uk?????
at this moment only salary of 1400 gbp incoming.

The is no earning requirement for an EEA national to bring in a non eea family member. You just need sufficient funds to take care of your family. £1400 per month is over £18600 per annum required for a settled person under immigration rule to bring in a non eea family member. So it should be sufficient.
