ILR possible?

Hello,
My case is a bit atypical, I need advice please.
I'm Brazilian. Got married in 2005 to a Brazilian national. At the time I was living in France with a working visa and he was my dependant.
I came to the UK in July 2011 under Tier 2 Inter Company transfer long term staff. My husband came with me in a dependant Visa.
In 2014, my husband got his Italian citizenship, via his great grandfather.
He got his QP certificate and I got my EEA-FM visa in July 2016.
Since 2011 we both work and pay taxes here. We never claimed benefits. We have 2 children, born in the Uk in 2012 and 2015.
My question is: can we apply for ILR? How about the children?
Thanks in advance :)

I don't think you can qualify for ILR under Tier 2 (ICT), if 245GF(d) fails.

However, you and your children may qualify for PR in 2019, subject to Brexit, if your husband was a qualified person for 5 years since becoming an Italian citizen.
