Hello everyone,

I am brazilian and my wife has double citizenship (brazilian/italian). We both live in Italy but we want to move to UK next year. We are both unemployed at the moment so I am concerned if this unemployment status will block my application for the EEA Family Permit. Should I write that we are unemployed and my wife (italian) will be looking for work in he UK ? Could you advice ?

Does anybody know anything about it?

When we applied for my wife’s FP we were both unemployed and I attached a cover letter stating that I wanted to look for a job in the UK and I wanted my wife to accompany me.
