Department 1 or Old Hall Street for additional documents/change of circumstances evidence

Hi I am a bit confused and worried as to which address am I suppose to send the documents to inform them of a change in circumstances...The address on our CoA is this:
The Capital
Old Hall Street
Liverpool
L3 9PP

And the one I have seen on the posts here it said this address:
UKVI
Department 1
The Capital
New Hall Place
Liverpool
L3 9PP


Anybody/ Anyone who has recently send their documents and have it back after the decision.

Hi, i assume it's all in same building.
As long as u put ref no of your application to it and recorded delivery.
It will get to the correct desk.
