Hello,
I’m bit confused as well due to the different statements from different solicitors. Could you please help me in this. I’m non EU living with my EU wife since 2015 July and have one EU national daughter too. She born in 2016. We got married in 2017 March and I got my EEA Family member 5 years visa in Jan 2018. So I just want to ask when I can actually apply for PR. And if I got rejected then it will be effected on my current visa?

Please response. Thanks

5 years after marriage so March 2022 . But you will apply for Settled Status not PR

By the way you should apply for PRE-SETTLED STATUS after march 2019 because soon your EEA2 will be invalid
