EEA Family permit from Nigeria

My husband is in the Uk presently ,he is a EU citizen from Netherlands, my daughter also have EU passport ,but we are in Nigeria because they are yet to give me visa to travel ,although I have been applying under visitors visa,but ,now my husband want me to apply as EEA spouse,please what is the best approach to get my visa without a refusal.
A reply is urgently needed,

I am currently going through the same process as you as my husband is based in Nigeria.
This forum has a lot of information and other forums like it.
The main thing is to submit as much information to prove your relationship and that your marriage is genuine (however long you have been married for). Do not forget to submit documents in relation to your child, proving that he is the father - birth certificate, photos etc...
The main refusals that I have notice are - marriage of conveniance and the EEA person not being a qualified person.

Glory!!!!!! I have been giving my EEA to, submitted June 14th,visa granted July 5th,collected July 11th
Next is to purchase my ticket,but ,can I buy a one way ticket since I'm joining my husband together with my daughter they both have a Dutch passport.

Yes. Many family permits are, as yours appears to be, legitimately used to enter the UK with the intention of settling in the UK.

Documents submited
Hubby passport
Marriage certificate
Declaration of age
Bank statement from nigeria
Hubby 3month bank statement
My passport
Tenancy agreement
Hubby payslip 3month
Council tax bill
Our what'sapp chat from Nigeria (3month
Daughter's birth certificate
Hubby letter of employment
Basically all I submitted when applying for my EEA family permit.
