Hello,

I am an EEA National living in Uk since last 8 months and am self-employed, I want my brother who is in Pakistan to join me in the UK,

I want to know the requirements for that and how long will it take,I have started to sponsor him financially, as he has lots his job.

You can only sponsor your brother if there is genuine evidence of dependency membership of household.

There could be a lot of complication whilst proofing the dependency.

You'll have to show a long term dependency and emotional attachment will also help.

Lost his job is not good enough to sponsor him to join you in England.
