Overstayer getting married in UK

Hi guys I'm Maame Yaa from Ghana and a UK
overstayer.i had twins in this country around June and got married at the registrar's office
31st November this year. Before all these
I was reporting myself at the Home Office
i had a call from them yesterday because I haven't submitted any application yet my date
of deporting is in March.They have the right to
separate me from my family.can this be possible?this is against my right as a mum
Wife ain't?my marriage was referred to the
Home Office and they gave us permission
Can they take my husband and my babies from me? My application will be on tge 8th jan

I have moved your post to your own topic as you had tagged your question onto an inactive thread which is over 3 years old! You haven't said whether your husband is an EEA national. You need to confirm this before anyone can advise you. :idea:

What is the UK immigration status of your spouse? Is s/he a British citizen, an EEA citizen or here on another visa?

Except if you are married to an EEA citizen, mere marriage does not give you the right to reside in the UK and you still remain an overstayer.
