Are you married to an EU citizen?

You need the full 5 years residence, depending on how you qualified for an EEA residence card?

Hi Warsan33,
In the timeline thread you posted the following:

Non EEA application (paper form)
Sent: 27/01/2018
Payment taken: 01/02/2018
Biometric:received: 23/03/2018 it took 6 week and i sent them email they appologised me for the delay.
CoA: waiting......
Pr card: i got refused :( 03/05/18 because they said you not summit enough evidency that your sponser was active last five years and my sponser already got his permenant resident last year.

I was just wondering, did you submit your sponsor's PR card with the application? Usually there is no need to provide any further evidence, if the PR card is submitted with the application. Their refusal does not seem to make sense, unless you did not send the PR card?

@Warsan33, Sorry to hear that your application refused. Are you going to make reconsideration request? Did they issue a residence card for you instead?
