Hello,

I will apply for my Permanent Residence in July 2018 however, I'm confused when do I qualified. Do I count from my marriage date the 5 years completion ?Or from when I got my 5 years visa, which was few months later.
We were leaving in the UK previous the wedding, but got married outside the UK, come back and apply for the EEA family member.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you so much in advance

From date you came back to the UK after marriage and your EU spouse has been a qualified person exercising treaty rights for the whole 5 years.f

Hi there,

Do you know when applying for the Permanent residence card as a EEA family member If I need to provide the life in the UK test and English test? On gov.org.uk it does not mention and there is a new form updated from May 2018.

Kind regards,

No it is NOT required for EEA route PR applications.

Which form exactly are you referring to or what relevance is the form you mention to your question?

Kindly also keep all your PR topics in one thread (both now merged).

Hello,

Can I use check documents service when applying for Permanent resident as a family member? Or do I have to send my passports by post and wait for the return? And how long does it take to get it back?

Thank you
