Here is my story... Got married 2011 may and i was granted five year resident in Nov. 2011 and issue with my ex and we divorced in 2014. Applied for retained right of resident and was refused, reason the home office was not able to contact my ex wife place of work. make a second application in 2015 was also refused reason my ex- wife place of work does not have an online present. Appeal to tribunal and my appeal was dismissed. Appeal to upper tribunal and my appeal was granted.

question. how long will it take for home office to send my passport. and when am i due for permanent resident.

Hello your and mine timeline are nearly same my hearing was on august and appeal allowed on august aswel and my solicitor recived document passport and ror today so brother dont worry i belive your is on the way aswel soon you will get it.

Count 5yrs from when you both married but from the month/date you both divorced you need to proof your own personal employment evidence otherwise they will refuse you on PR application. Also you need to include your ex spouse treaty right from marriage til divorce date/month.

I will advise you to apply through the same legal firm who helped you in the fight initially, please don't do it yourself. Mostly, freedom always comes at a price. God help us!


ASK YOUR SOLICITOR TO CHASE THEM AFTER 2/3 MONTHS MAXIMUM.

Thank you very much sir wise. But problem is i dont have any of her treaty right evidence only evidence i have is hmrc check record which they send me with the bundle at the time of court hearing and luckily we found in it she was working. Can i use same proof on the day of P R.

Sir i am working and ive got CSI for myself and my daughter and my ex. Sir should i take my ex name out from CSI? Cause we are not together and i dont know where she is.
