Hi everyone , very sorry for stupid question , tryed to find answer on this forum but can`t :

my wife is applying for Perm residence card after her 5 years Residence card comes to the end . I am British citizen + EU citizen (so Dual ). The question :
1. Do she needs to include all her work payslips/P60`s or any evidences confirming her work in UK starting from the 1.st day she arrived in UK ?
2. or the Home Office will only check if I was exercising treaty rights on that time (when?) and make a decision based on me ?
3. or she only need to send any documents confirming that she was living with me at the same address all this time (5 years) ?
in this case we don`t have any letters showing 1.st address where we lived together for the 1.st year, as it was a shared house and all bills was paid by somebody else. Another 4 years - not a problem. (have household bills , rent agreements etc.) as started renting our own house .

4. I am working all the time in UK non stop since 2008 , but she only started to work after some 8/9 months after coming to UK Do this could affect her application ?

Somebody clear this out for us please ? As per my Dual Citizenship - will include a printout of `Lounes` case`s ECJ decision. Thank you so much in advance.

My experience / opinion ( not a lawyer or some other b.s)


When she fills her eea pr application, Home Office will ask her " proof if she has been working too" 5 p60, 4 p60 or payslips, letter of employment.


Her status us derived from yours but THEY WILL ASK FOR HER EMPLOYMENT PROOF TOO.

5 years proof of residence together. Utility bills ? Council tax bills ? Bank statements with 1st page showing address . BOTH OF YOU NEED THESE!

People will say NON EEA'S p60's , payslips are irrelevant! DONT LISTEN. They are relevant , they will requested in checklist.

Also your 5-6-7 p60s. If you were requiredto have Work Registration certificate, you need to provide that too, even if you are counting from 2012 till 2017 as from April 2011 wrs was eliminated etc.

Best thing to do , Apply online , for yourself & add non eea family member. That way it will be much easier . Online applications show only RELEVANT sections ! Dont need go through all 87 pages.

You are sending your 5 year proof anyway! Why not pay 65£ n get Permanent residence yourself too ? Despite you are British national. Dont bring British Nationality in ! Or send British Passport. You will complicate your case.
