EEA citizens deported

Hi my girlfriend got deported back to Italy from the Uk .after she committed I crime her sentence was 1year after that she go 5 years deportation order she's Italian citizen, now as pass 5year she can come back legal or she needs to apply for re-entry or visa or something I'm confused she done her sentence she finishes her deportation order ehat she needs to do now by the way she's EEA citizens please I need to find out what I need to do

hi what about if , the period specified in the order as expire meaning the 5years band as finish can she come back. thank you

Hi can I eea citizen come back to UK after being deported for criminal matter,the deportation order was for 5 years now and as expire can he come back now, if yes how,he need to applies for reentry Clarence,or is free to go to the UK since the deportation order as come to I end.

unless” and “
or” in the

finished, then she may just travel to the UK with a valid passport or national identity card, and
see what
happens.
Alternatively, go visit her.

If the OP is only British and intends his girlfriend to settle in the UK, she'll need to start exercising treaty rights before the UK leaves the EU. The criminality threshold for exclusion will be lower for EEA nationals once the UK has left, and, for example,
Rule S-EC.1.4 in the Immigration Rules would exclude a wife with a one year prison sentence for 10 years from the end of the sentence.
