Please i need a help. My wife is from Austria and I am a non EU married to her and ever since i got my Residence Permit, She wants to leave the UK and go back to her country. Now my worry is, Can I still get a Permanent Residence Permit without her? We don't have plans of divorcing but when she leaves the UK, can I still get my Permanent Residency after 5years?

If your wife returns to her home country, your right to remain here will cease as your residence is reliant on your wife continuing to exercise her Treaty rights in the UK.
