Hi

Please advise.

I entered UK on STUDENT VISA , left studies , got married to EU NATIONAL . Got 5 years Residence Card , now Applied for Permanent residence as non eea family member of eea national.

After getting Permanent Residence, I will be eligible to GET STUDENT LOAN FROM STUDENT FINANCE UK. But !,

Should I mention my previous study in UK or NOT ? as if you have e.g previous study , they wont payout for same years of same degree
( unless its medicine/social care course etc etc)

Any one has advice from personal experience ?

Thanks

You need to be honest in the form, you are sigining a legal agreement with the finance company if you are approved.

Student Finance won't finance 2 non STEM degrees. If you have previously paid for your own studies, this is not the same thing as funding two degrees through Student finance.

Thanks ,

My previous study was paid by myself/parents as International student. Now I am home student. So I should be able to get STUDENT FINANCE ?!

I didn't finish my previous course.
