Hi All

I don't know if anyone knows:-

I am a South African, with a 6 month visitors visa to the UK, which expires on the 18th February 2018.
I have applied for a Residence Card via my Swiss daughter-in-law, being a dependent parent.
I have done my biometrics and am waiting on my Certificate of Application.
The full process however takes about 6 months which means that I will be over my time here in the UK.
If I receive permission to work on my CoA, will I then be able to stay in the UK even although my visitors visa has expired?

What evidence of dependency on the EU national did you submit, both for within the UK and while you were living in South Africa?

Yes I have submitted dependency proof for both South Africa and here in the UK.
