My name is Dennis, i am a non EEA family member, i currently hold permanent residence card.

My current passport has expired and have already applied for one with my new name.

I have applied to the Home Ofiice to replace my permanent residence permit with the biometric card

I have submitted my biometric details to the Home Office on the 24th of Jan.

what is the normal waiting time for this process. thank you all

The average wait from application to receiving the card appears to fall between 4 and 6 months right now.

bro i am in the same situation my passport has expired i want transfer my permanent residence card to BRP, would u pleaSE ADVICE which form u used for application and which documents u attached with it , is the any update in ur case
