Please help me give me some advice, from Gambia an my wife is from Italy, we have a 1 year old baby boy, we got married by Ptoxy which is recognised in The Gambia, but my application was rejected for only one reason. , they accepted the Marriage cirtificate, an the proxy marriage recognition from The Gambia, but the reason my application was rejected was that I didn’t provide a letter from the registerar or a local government confirming our marriage, that was the only little reason, so my Solicitor said I should Appeal, but his charging me £1500 again , I want to reapply an send the missing pieces , please advice me

If you can get a letter from the registrar or a local government confirming your marriage, then it may be better to reapply with it. Enclose a copy of the rejection letter.

Thank you very much venny.. I would do just that, an I will enclose the refusal letter an send it with a fresh application... I will do it myself without consulting a solicitor

Hi vinny, to sum up everything, I forgot to mention that I’m an overstayer, is it still advisiable to apply without my solicitor?? Because I’m got everything in order, so I want to apply without Solicotors
