Mail sequence for EEA & non-EEA joint application

Hi,

My partner and I applied at the same time through NCS for PR. He is EEA and I am non-EEA.

Within 3 months we received all paperwork back together with his PR in the mail. It was inside a special delivery envelope that we had provided.

How does *my* PR arrive? Within 10 working days and in a regular envelope? Is it from DVLA or Home Office? I need to know what to look out for as it hasn't arrived yet. Does it have to be signed for?

Thanks

It is from Home Office. DVLA is for drivers licences.

Yes I know it sounded like a silly question, but when I called them they said the DVLA produces the PR card, that's why it takes longer to arrive. So I guess in this case it goes back to Home Office then the forward it on.
