I have two daughters born in France. My first daughter has my father in law name next to her name. Surname.

I have also French family book, which carry my name as well.. Actual father

Second baby born last week, she will have again my father in law name.....

I mean, is it any problem if my kids do not have my name..

Will it be problem when I apply for PR in March 2020.. I have non eyes 5 year permit.

What is happening with settle status.. Non eea.

Also, how I tell hmrc if I worked cash in hand... Now I want to declare, so that I get some sort of paper work from hmrc..

Thank you.

Any reply plz. Having actual father name

Don’t think that’s a problem.havung dame surname is not a legal requirement.
You can include birth certificates with application.
My both kids don’t have a name match with either me or my wife and I successfully applied with no problem.
