I had an email from the ICQAT withdrawing the original decision on my EEA family permit refusal before the appeal date. The letter said the reason to refuse my application alone is not sufficient.it also said they are going to advice the decision making body for reconsidration,so they will contact me in due course .5 days later I received the withdraw notice from the Tribunal. Now its 8 weeks 4 days with no any update.
Can anyone experience this before?

I am also in same position now. Now a month from the date of withdrawal. Have you heard from them and were you later given the Visa? Please post your update. Thanks
