he he got pr 5 month ago. now he divorcing. will he have to inform home office .or apply again . what will be his status . as card says he has permanent right of residence as family member. and after divorce he will not family member any more.

The divorce will have no effect as he is a permanent resident. The PR status granted will not be lost. His PR status is not dependant on his relationship with you and stands on its own
