Five years from the date of grant of the Residence Card as the unmarried partner of the EEA citizen.

Be aware that your rights to reside in the UK are entirely dependent on your EEA citizen partner residing in the UK and will cease if the partner ceases to reside in the UK.

Your years of overstay will likely not affect the PR (depending on the outcome of the Brexit negotiations), but will have an impact on any future citizenship applications.

Under the current interpretation of good behaviour, you will not be eligible to apply for British citizenship till November 2026, ten years after your overstay ended.

It would only count if you were married as your rights would then be automatic and your 5 years would start from date of marriage if you were in the UK.
