My story is :

I applied after divorce absolute for retained right of residency because i'm No EEA ,i Got my new residency card of 05 years recently .

my question is in august 2018 i will be 05 years member of EEA ,can i apply for a permanent residency even my new residency card will expire on 2023 .

if i could ,what i need for the application of permanent residency ?
Thank you.

About if she was working when we got the decree absolute ,i showed that before to the HO to get my retained right of residency but (between 08/2013 and decree absolute my EX-wife was working and she went to the job seeker as well ) is that gonna effect my application for PR ?

what about me ,do i need to work 05 years continuously to apply for PR ? thats what they saying in GOV UK .

i'm confused

do i need to provide history of 05 years working continuously without any gap?

i got married on 2013 with EEA member , after that i got my first 05 years residency on 03/2015 .between 2013 and 2015 i was waiting for my first 05 years residency and working cash hand ...is that gap gonna affect my application for PR ?

we got divorced on 2017 and i got my retained right of residency after that as well for another 05 years .

so do i need to apply for PR this year or wait until 2020 ?

do the HO ask to provide the history of 05 years working continuously without any gap ?

please i would like to hear answer from you because im confused .
