Hullo to you all,
Am an EEA Family member in the UK.My father holds a German passport and moved from German to the UK with me as a dependant.Am now in my 20's and live in the UK on my own as my dad has since started a new family of his own.My 5 years permit expired and i applied for my permanent residence. It was rejected because my dad who is the EEA member failed to attach his documents .He since relocated somewhere in the country but cut off all contacts with me and now lives with his new wife and family .I have no contacts for any of them.
My question is ..Is there any other way or route i can apply for my permanent residence by myself without having to relie on my unsupportive family and father in particular in the UK as i was rejected previously because he didnt supply his documents to help with my permanent resident application.I have lived in the Uk for over 9years now.Got no family else where but here.I have since stopped to work as i have no rights till my permanent residence application is granted. Its been a difficult time .

please advise me of any routes i could possibly take to settle in the uk as a permanent resident despite my demise of my dad refusing to help me.
Thanks
L

Good morning People,
i will like to ask if i can be helped with my situation on my immigration issue.
My dad is a German citizen and i came to UK through my dad and settled with EEA family member Visa for 5 years and before it ran out, myself and my dad had family issue which he now distance himself from me and seized/withdrew all communication with myself. i applied for ILR but was refused due to the dispute within myself and my dad as he did not attach all necessary documentation to support my application. I've tried searching for him everywhere but all to no avail. this is really holding me down and making my life stagnant for now and i am very confused and i don't know what to do. The question is now, what method or means can i take my circumstances on and i also have a girl friend who have ILR in UK, If i want to over write my application through my dad, what possible route can my girl friend take? i will be happy if i can get a possible answer. Many thanks

How old are you?
When did you come to the UK with your German father? How old were you then?
Did you apply for PRC or ILR?
